The Spice server is already included in libvirt, but you need to configure it per xml and not over the web frontend (Or you use the Virt-Manager to add the Spice server). Second, you need to change the libvirtd config to listen on the network and not only on the local machine. With this you can use a SPICE client on your PC and connect to the libvirt deamon on unRaid.

 

There is already a BETA spice html5 client from the spice developer group (https://www.spice-space.org/page/Html5). But this is really BETA. It can be a new client for VM in the future, next to the noVNC client.
