September 13, 201411 yr Hello, I cannot seem to access my webgui anymore. I've tried killall emhttp and restarting it, but it doesnt seem to work. I've rebooted my server as well and cant seem to access it. All other plugins/unmenu is working perfectly. What occurred before it went down: 1) I installed phaze's sickbeard-alt plugin, but didnt actually do anything with it yet. I looked at it in the web gui's utils page, but didn't do anything with it. 2) I switched over to look at headphones (in utils), and upon clicking "headphones" the server would no longer respond. 3) I checked current running plugins, and they all were working perfectly fine. Any suggestions on how I should trouble shoot this? Thanks
September 13, 201411 yr In v5 emhttp is not restartable - so you should not do that! Headphones has certainly been reported as causing issues as it uses very long cookies which can upset emhttp. You might try clearing the cookies relating to the unRAID server in your browser and see if that helps. There have also been reports of some plugins upsetting emhttp - it is always worth trying to run in safe mode to suppress plugins loading to see if that helps. If so then at least you know the issue is one of the plugins.

I think headphones is the prime culprit for using very long cookies and upsetting the GUI. Maybe at some point Limetech will increase the maximum that emhttp can accept to reduce the chance of this sort of issue.
