Please help me upgrade Perc H310 firmware

Hi all,

 

I have a perc h310 and I have tried to update to the latest firmware both from windows 8.1 and centos 7 and I keep getting that the update package is not compatible.

 

I 've tried a couple of different firmwares but i had no luck.

 

I am using raid so I 'd like to keep the dell firmware.
