user error. reboot and power button grayed out

Featured Replies

I think at one time i was using the power down script in conjunction with acupsd to safely shutdown. I'm no longer using it and don't have the plugins installed but now the buttons are grayed out.

When this happens, I generally have to reload the Main page, by pressing Enter in the location box.  I use Firefox, Dynamix, v5.0.5, but I'm not sure if any of that matters.  I have this happen fairly often.  For some reason, just refreshing the page does not fix it.

Ok, np. I will attach one in a few days. migrating drives over to xfs. It is not saving the syslogs when I reboot from command line, last one I have is from last month.

Syslogs are not normally saved. You need to manually save it before you reboot.

i have no plugins in my flash/config/plugins other then the docker manager.  I booted in safe mode which does not load plugins at all and attached new syslog.

Don't know what you tell you, but the current syslog clearly states safe mode was invoked, but it still is showing this.

Sounds to me like a bug in the implementation of safemode, at the very least.

Have you tried loading the webpage on another computer to see if the checkboxes to enable the buttons are available on another machine?

those are all dockers I guess they are not excluded from starting up.

Another thought.

Are your confirmation settings default, or have you changed them?

Try toggling it back the way you had it, and see if the buttons show up active. I suspect there is something broken in the code.
