This happens if unraid cannot find the VM files (e.g. if the array is offline or, in your case, you removed the drive containing them!)

 

When you register a VM with unRaid, it stores it's pointers on your flash drive in /config/domains/

 

Assuming you want to remove these old/redundant VMs altogether, If you clear out that directory, you should be sorted.
