I bought a 4TB WD Black drive for about $220 3 months ago and now the price is about $270. Was there another issue abroad where they make these that the manufactures had to shut down or something? Usually HD prices would slowly decrease, especially with the more users grabbing SSD drives.

    Maybe they are getting ready for black friday by increasing prices now so that when they reduce them for black friday it will look like a bigger savings.
