I see that the forum likes an outline of hardware and software in use to assist problem solving.  Is there a good sample format to be used?  Can this be installed in the profile so that it always appears with a message?

Not sure there is a specific sample format - I think one just tends to copy what others have done!

 

You CAN set the details as part of your forum profile by using the 'signature' field.  The only thing is to remember to update it when things change.
