Is 2.5" more prone/sensitive to g sense error than 3.5" ?

My 2.5" 500GB WD black (as cache) always add 1 to g sense error if I unplug usb without holding the case (xigmatek utgard)

Hard bump to the desk also generate such problem.

0 g-sense error rate on all other 3.5" RED and Green WD drives (data).
