Hi All,

 

For the past month or so I've had an issue where after running my server for 5-7 days it will stop being able to connect to over telnet and any user shares I had mounted will be unmounted. I can't ping it and trying to load the webpage to control the server results in an error that the page can't be loaded. I've run Memtest for 48hrs with no issues and I've reinstalled v5.0.5 on a new USB flash drive to rule that out. I don't run with any add-ons or plugins.

Check for a MB BIOS update and a SATA card firmware update.

Thanks for the suggestion dgaschk, I was 5 versions behind on my Gigabyte MB.

 

My SASLP-MV8 is current with v 3.1.0.21 but I see v4.0.0.21 is available for the newer SAS2LP-MV8 cards, would that work in my older card? I'm guessing not.
