October 5, 201411 yr Can these partially sleeved cables be bought in Netherlands? Monoprice.com is a big supplier with an excellent reputation for high quality cables and other electronic products made in Asia and very reasonable prices in the USA. I did a quick search on their website and they do ship internationally. For more information, see here: http://www.monoprice.com/International According to this site, they also sell through amazon.com in Germany. Hope this helps....
October 5, 201411 yr I had 2 of those they are not of the best quality the wire bend and kink way too easily causing the wires to break. I switched to 3ware cables similar to these and they are about the same price. http://www.amazon.com/gp/aw/d/B000FBYS2U?cache=cc87fd72373312e7e7bfe5bec356db39π=AC_SX110_SY165_QL70&qid=1412530121&sr=8-9#ref=mp_s_a_1_9 I believe that rosewill and LSI also make a similar cable fore about the same price.
October 5, 201411 yr I have the monoprice cables. While I am sure they could be damages like any other cable if stressed. I personally have not had any issues with mine.
October 5, 201411 yr I just found that they do not have enough insulation (none actually, they are only foil wrapped) to provide any sort of stress relief around the connectors. I find the 3ware, LSI, and rosewill cables to be a much better quality for the price.
