i have using unraid 5.0.5 pro. set up cache drive coping files on to it have mover set to 2.00 in the morning when i get up in the morning notting have happened i only have one share on the system blu-ray i also put  a blu-ray folder on the cache drive blu-ray folder is set to use cache drive mover time is          00 2 *** any help please

Let's check a couple of things first.

 

1)  Can you share a copy of your syslog?  See here for instructions:

This can also be accessed from the webGui as well if you can get access to it.

 

2)  So to be sure I get this right, you enabled cache use on each share that you created, went into the mover settings and configured it for 2AM, and the next morning nothing had moved.

 

3)  Did you create the shares from within the webGui itself or did you just use mkdir from within a command line?

There was nothing obvious in the syslog showing any mover related problems.  Each time it ran it seemed to be successfully moving items.

thanks for your reply mover is set up for every morning 2.00 like last night did not happen 2 files sitting in cache drive folder Blu-ray today i can only copy and past thats why it is showing as done ta 2.00 mover started up but skipped blu-ray folder notting moved
