October 15, 201411 yr I've been playing around with plugins and been modifying things. I'm also tinkering with going to unRAID 6. What happens if I want to start with a fresh install of unRAID 6? Will I still be able to copy over my license key or will this key no longer match the new clean install?

Yes - that will give you a licensed 'virgin' copy of v6. Make sure you put the key file into the config folder as this is now the only place that is checked for it.
