unraid hung a few days ago and not being able to safely stop and shutdown had to force a reset.

 

now this is the troubling part.  NEVER seen these errors before.

Have you tired to scan your flash drive for corruption?

I don't remember which RC it was, but one of them had an issue where the superblock was not being updated.

A reset like this left the superblock in an incomplete state thus causing loss of data.
