Please upgrade to the latest version after you review your filesystems. http://lime-technology.com/download/ 2014-01-17 unRAIDServer-5.0.5-i386.zip I don't remember which RC it was, but one of them had an issue where the superblock was not being updated. A reset like this left the superblock in an incomplete state thus causing loss of data.
