October 23, 201411 yr I'm not familiar with WD My Cloud, but ownCloud can be installed on unRAID and might serve the purpose. I know there is a Docker available in the Docker forum at least. I believe it has mobile clients as well. That said, I don't use it and I'm sure others will have better knowledge on the topic.
October 23, 201411 yr Asus Routers have AiCloud to a usb(drive/flash drive). You could then Rsync the contents to Unraid.

Unraid as shipped from limetech does not support access from the internet, only LAN connections. It can be done, just not without customization.
October 23, 201411 yr Owncloud for unRAID. There's a vm and a docker available. It can synch calendars, photos, contacts and has desktop synch capability. I think there is data upload capability but I am not familiar with it.
October 24, 201411 yr Author Thanks for the replies. I looked at the OwnCloud app and visited the forum. It looks promising and I think this is the direction I will go/try. I really never thought much about this until my wife switched from a flip phone to a new Iphone last week. I am going to install this on one of my two servers. Thanks, again.
November 18, 201411 yr How are you making out with this? My wife told me about somebody at her work showing her the WD My Cloud, and I ended up here looking for a solution to put on my unRAID boxes.
