Is FTP working on 4.4.2?

I'm just wondering if FTP is working on that 4.4.2 stable release.

 

1.) I can connect to the machine with a user that has read permissions. This user not only can see his share he can see all shares.

 

2.) I can't retrieve one single file - even files that are located in the share the user has permission to read from.
