New to trying 6.x - Where is the extensions tab? Only plugins is visible

I've been looking over the release notes, searching posts, and scratching my head for an hour. Is this missing now? Is there something I have to turn on?

We removed the extensions tab in lieu of creating one tab now for docker as well as xen.
