I've stumped and cannot get this plugin to install. I did have it before but it wouldn't start service, so I decided to remove it and start over.

Now I can't even get it to install. I put the PLG into the config/plugins and rebooted the server...nothing. Tried the NZBget and it worked without any issues....Am I missing something?

    1. Tap the lock icon next to the address bar.
    2. Tap Permissions → Notifications.
    3. Adjust your preference.
    Chrome (Desktop)
    1. Click the padlock icon in the address bar.
    2. Select Site settings.
    3. Find Notifications and adjust your preference.
