Plex Media Server getting picked up by UPnP

Hi, I'm running plex on my unraid system, but are having problems with the UPnP port, due to mye online gaming I had to restart

the router and all the UPnP connections were lost, thus leaving my plex media server without an external port to work with.

Now I want the PMS server to be noticed by the routers UPnP so that I could use the external port for my Plex Media Server.

Are there any tips or guidance on how the UPnP can pick up the connection to the Plex Media Server?

 

I'm running version: 5.0.5 of unRAID and  v0.9.11.1.678-c48ffd2  of Plex Media Server.

My router is an NetGear JNR3210. (Running on old firmware, bcus for some reason I can'¨t update it)

    Can't you just manually specify the port through Plex instead of using uPnP?
