Both of those drives show values in the SMART report that do not look good.

 

The first one shows a ridiculous high value for the reallocated sectors value, and also non-zero pending sectors.  Other values have strange values.

 

The second one looks more normal.  It shows 0 for reallocated sectors.  However the value for Pending sectors is non-zero which indicates it is not very trustworthy.

Both those drives have pending sectorrs which means they cannot be relied upon to do a reliable rebuild.

In fact chances of them getting kicked out of the array during rebuild are high.

 

Furthermore, although there were smart LONG tests, they were done a long time ago and need to be done again.

Turn off all spin downs for these drives and trigger a smart long test. Then leave the drives alone for the duration per smart's response.

 

So here you have pending sectors.

A huge amount of reallocated sector ct, however it does not say FAILING_NOW

The SMART long test last completed without error at hour 7048, but there are 22588 power on hours.

Time for another smart long test.

This may require some work to get your data off and rewrite those sectors to reallocate them.
