Renaming User Shares

I'm combining two different basic UnRaid boxes into one and would like to rename the shares on one to match the other before I do.  Can I just rename the top level folder on each disk and get that result, or will the web interface rename them for me?  I want them the same so I can mount those disks in another box and it will merge the shares into one.

If you are merging server B into server A, rename the top level folders on the disks in server B to match the top level folders in server A.
