c3
Everyone of the five actually means the drive has already failed, not impending. SMART 5 – Reallocated_Sector_Count. <-- Reallocated because the original sector failed to record data. SMART 187 – Reported_Uncorrectable_Errors. <-- Reported Error, read data but failed to correct using ECC. SMART 188 – Command_Timeout. <-- command failed due to execution time. SMART 197 – Current_Pending_Sector_Count. <-- Failed to read data from a sector. SMART 198 – Offline_Uncorrectable. <-- Failed to read/write data. If these change on a production system, the drive is replaced, RMA'd and shredded. It's kind of like those days when you were forced to accept a LCD panel with X defects. The only accepted X is zero.
