vnet# link speeds

Featured Replies

Curious if the following is expected, unexpected or misreported.

All of my VMs are using a vnet# adapter as shown below:

<interface type='bridge'>

      <mac address='52:94:00:d0:c0:dc'/>

      <source bridge='br0'/>

      <target dev='vnet2'/>

      <model type='virtio'/>

      <alias name='net0'/>

      <address type='pci' domain='0x0000' bus='0x02' slot='0x02' function='0x0'/>

    </interface>

In the Info for unRAID, it says that any/all vnet adapters are running at only 10MB/s:

Is this of any concern?

John

Mine show the same but in Windows it says the adaptor speed is 10G so it may just be an error displaying the setting. I tried speedtest.net and got 60Mbps which is what I would expect. I also tried changing the speed from 10G to 1G and got the same results.
