owncloud doesn't start on reboot, and won't let me stop the array

I suspect this is because mariadb isn't up and running when owncloud tries to start, but is running when I tell it to start.  That's just a guess.

 

Is there any way to stagger/stage the startup of dockers, or make one reliant upon another one running before trying to start?

 

I've also noticed that I cannot stop the array when owncloud is running.  it just keep saying 'trying to unmount shares' until i force a powerdown.
