Issues with plex configuration

I've installed Phaze's plex. It does run but on reboot plex forgets all the folders. On the plex settings page in the unraid menu there are 3 directory areas to fill in.  The first directory says install directory the second is config/library directory and the last one is transcode directory. What am I supposed to put in those?  I did create a share called apps and put plex under it on disk1.

    If you are still needing help could you post some details about your unraid configuration, particularly whther you have a cache drive?

    1. Tap the lock icon next to the address bar.
    2. Tap Permissions → Notifications.
    3. Adjust your preference.
    Chrome (Desktop)
    1. Click the padlock icon in the address bar.
    2. Select Site settings.
    3. Find Notifications and adjust your preference.
