November 23, 201411 yr I installed the ByttorentSync plugin and it works great! But it does not survive a reboot... "WARNING: Your config directory is not persistent and WILL NOT survive a reboot. Please locate the directory on disk for persistency". I don't see anything in the forums on how to fix this...
November 24, 201411 yr Community Expert Don't use this but in general you need to use something in /mnt or it won't persist, since other locations (except /boot) are in RAM. Do you have a cache drive?
November 24, 201411 yr Best way is to setup a new share called appdata and set it to use cache ONLY. Then setup a folder in that for your program and tell the program to use that location. Ex. /mnt/cache/appdata/bittorrent This will stay persistent during reboots and not try to move to the array when mover is ran.
