Help | Trying to install PHP with dynamix webserver

Featured Replies

Does anyone know how to install a php server to use with the Dynamix webserver?  Trying to get phpVirtualBox running.

I think RemoteBox, http://knobgoblin.org.uk , is a good alternative to phpVirtualBox as it doesn't need a webserver.

How do you install it for unraid?  Linux noob sorry :(

I guess I'm just trying to figure out how to get access to virtualbox regardless of what webserver I use.  I'm trying to install a minecraft server but step 1 is getting VB up.

You don't install RemoteBox on unRaid, you run it on the computer you want to access VirtualBox from. It's a client that connects to the VirtualBox headless server (VBOXWEBSRV).

If you have installed and configured VirtualBox on unRaid as per the instructions, you should be good to go to run RemoteBox on your computer and connect to that VirtualBox. (Instructions in this thread: http://lime-technology.com/forum/index.php?topic=25715.0 )

Ahhh thats cool.  Sadly it doesn't look like they make a windows client, bummer.  Oh well, I'll figure something out then.  Nevermind I found the windows download and good lord that is nuts to setup, lol.  We'll see how this goes.

Okay connected, loaded ubuntu ISO but I can't seem to get my screen width any larger then 800x600.  I have guest additions loaded with the vm instance.  Thoughts?
