I'm going to use one of these for my boot drive for my desktop.  Should help a bunch in running some Encase indexes and when merging/flushing some big 100GB+ database files.

    Yes, it is insane. How much are you willing to pay for it?

    There are a few other options, not as fast as the iodrive.

    I posted the links in one of the hardware/motherboard forums.
