Are you using a USB2 port?

iam using a USB 3.1 GEN2

If its matter my MB is the asus extreme zenith alpha

USB2 ports are more reliable for the Unraid flash.

okay then i have a problem, because my MB has no USB 2.0.. mybe my chassi but i must see.

i will try it..

Specs say it has, maybe on a motherboard header.

Ok i tried to put in into my chassis USB 2.0 but then the server wont boot at all. Now i have it in the usb 3.0 Port from the chassi and it boot. I will try other slots but it seems to be working. Thank You :)

so now it works on the USB 3.1 (GEN 1) ports. That was my Issue

now i use one of the ports with number 5. My problems were at the ports 10

I am new to Unraid. I have a MSI Prestige Creation X570 motherboard with AMD Ryzen 9 3900X CPU. I am using a pwm controller through my Fractal Design Vector RS. After installing SystemTemp and Auto Fan from Dynamix, I am unable to detect the sensors nor the pwm controller for the fans. In SystemTemp it shows the drivers, but won't load the nct6775 as it says no such device. Any help would be great!

I realise this is a bit of a stretch, but is anyone running unraid nvidia + the s3 sleep plugin successfully?

My server crashes running the above combo when putting itself to sleep.

Not really expect much support on this one though :)

Sorry I dont use either plugin at the moment but out of curiosity, does the system crash regardless of whether the nvidia card is currently assigned to a running docker?

Iam using this combo without problems. Do you have the /boot files there after wake up ?

Hello everyone,

I have a Asus P8Z68-V LX motherboard. According to the specsheets, the motherboard uses PWM for fan control.

I installed Dynamix System Autofan, then IPMI, and finally try sensors-detect but i only see my CPU temp :

I try to deactivate Q-Fan control in the bios and rescan everything.... But unraid still doesn't see PWM

I ran out of ideas, did you have any advice for me ?

Thanks !

could you explain what you mean by this?

I think he is wondering if your flash drive is still mounted. Go into the console and see if there is anything in /boot.

Gotcha, no,  definitely no flash up

I guess Dynamix System Temperature plugin stopped working for everyone after upgrading to UNRAID 6.8.0?

It still detecte the drivers, the the sensors are not detected:

And then I saw this in the releas notes for the plugin:

So the question is if / when the plugin will get a update.

No... It's still working for temperatures and fans for me.  Hardware as my sig.

OK, it actually worked for me at first after the UNRAID upgrade, but I thought the reading looked a bit funny, so I went to the Dynamix System Temperature plugin setting page and did a sensor rescan.

After that nothing was found, I also unistalled and reinstalled the plugin, but it still wont work.

Any ideas?

The plugin update was to stop the plugin overwriting the sensors-detect file with a version that is older than the version now shipping as standard with UnRAID.

on my system running 6.8.0 system stats disk usage page looks like this.  my monitor is an NEC 2k.

Is it my monitor or is there a way to scale up the graphics?systemstatsoverlap.thumb.png.cf5c98cd0fbc043a5a891b73966ca772.png

Ok, so the plugin is supposed to work even after 6.8.0 upgrade? Any ideas what to do to get it working again

Redirected here on my question, even though the rules seemed to state very clearly to post a new thread for a new question and not jump on an existing, unrelated, post.  Hopefully this is the right place for the question:

I'm unsure if the Dynamix System Temp plug in simply doesn't support my old hardware, or if there is some configuration I need to adjust somewhere.  After installing the plug in, all temps are simply reported as "-48 C" at all times.

Running a Supermicro H8DA3-2 with dual Operon 2435's (six core 2.6GHz)

Unraid version 6.8.0, (though I had this same issue on 6.6.6 previously)

The driver found for the sys temp plug in is: w83627hf

This is my first post here, so if I need any other information, let me know.  My server is a rather large mis-match of hardware assembled on the cheap, but I'm not sure that that should matter here.  Over all it's not a huge issue, been running a year with it like this, but just replaced my CPU coolers with some with quieter fans and was curious what they run at now.
