End-to-End Error?

So my oldest data drive receive an end to end error after my server froze during a parity check. It has had a raw value of 1 for three months now. I have not received any errors during parity checks so I'm a little confused as to how to interpret this error. Is it basically a ticking time bomb? I ask now because I am upgrading my parity to 4TB and was thinking about using the old parity to replace the supposedly damaged drive. Of course, if it is no big deal then I'll just reuse the parity as a data drive and net an additional 3TB.

Do you know the cause of the "server froze"? It is likely the cause of the end-to-end error, and thus not a concern.

 

Have the parity checks for the last 3 months run without error? If possible you should include the smart report.
