My power button sticker on my Norco case is cracked and coming off. I wrote them and they said that sticker has been discontinued. Anyone know where I might be able to get a replacement or even possible get one custom made? Photo attached.

Why not remove it completely.  Clean off the adhesive from the sticker and the switch face as well as you can. 

 

Then get some double sided tape.  Remove the backing material from one side.  Position the sticker on the tape and press firmly into place.  Trim the double faced tape to the proper size.  Remove the backing from the second side and reapply the sticker to the switch.

Well, the picture is a little old and not very representative of how much more worn it really is. At this point there are pieces missing. I was thinking of even seeing if I can find a place to make a replica, like a custom sticker place, but I don't quite know what to call that type of sticker to search for.
