December 12, 201411 yr Since upgrading to b12, system is freezing left and right. If I click on the Docker tab in the GUI, the system freezes and becomes unresponsive. If I'm at the command line and type "docker" to try and shut stuff down, system freezes. I've attached the syslog, but I'm kind of at a loss. Any ideas? System is pretty much useless. if I try accessing a share it crashes after a few minutes. Thanks in advance! syslog.txt

You have a few messages in your log like this: Tower kernel: BTRFS critical (device sdh1): corrupt leaf, bad key order: block=270024704,root=1, slot=103 Dec 11 21:28:23 Is this your cache device and where you have the docker image stored?
December 12, 201411 yr Yes it is my cache and that is where the docker image is. Please perform a scrub on your btrfs device and report back the results. This can be done by clicking on the device from the main page (not the dashboard). From there, you will see a Pool info section and a button that says "scrub". Leave the window open during the operation. This will take a little time to perform depending on the size of the device.
December 12, 201411 yr Author How long does it typically take? Its been running for two hours, the screen hasn't updated, afraid its frozen.
December 12, 201411 yr How long does it typically take? Its been running for two hours, the screen hasn't updated, afraid its frozen. SSD or HDD for your btrfs cache device? Just one or multiple? HDDs could take a LOT longer to run this command. SSDs (even big ones) should only take < 30-60 minutes on average.
December 13, 201411 yr Author Let it sit for 7 hours, still nothing. I can access shares and SSH, but the web interface is dead. Same thing everytime. Any ideas? I can't even use the web interface to stop the array and shut down. I thought maybe I could remove the cache drive and see if that makes things more stable, but I can't do that via web either. EDIT: Can confirm, if I disable the Cache drive in bios, and boot unraid up in safe mode, it works fine (no docker stuff obviously). So what's the best bet, do I make a new cache drive and add a second drive for docker? Should either be SSD? I'll have to re-do all my docker images, oh well. Thanks!
December 14, 201411 yr Author I re-enabled the cache drive in bios and installed a new drive and booted up in safe mode. I can't stop the array via the Gui, it just stalls on syncing disk drives. If I try stopping via command line, I can't unmount the cache drive (probably why the step above is failing). It keeps saying it's busy. My intent is to just remove the cache drive from the array, assign the new drive I installed as the cache drive and then re-purpose the other drive (once it's wiped) as a stand along docker drive. Any ideas? Thanks!
December 18, 201411 yr I think you have a bad disk, but still not sure why that's causing a crash or hang. Need to get some other input on this.
January 20, 201511 yr ChaOConnor: Can you let us know if this issue is now resolved? No one else has reported it and it definitely sounds like a hardware issue. Moving this to support forum for now until we hear back something that points to an actual bug. Thanks!
