lftp and cron files deleted automatically on reboot

Each time my device reboots, it deletes lftp and my script that resides in /etc/cron.hourly

 

Any tips?

    You store it on the flash drive, and then copy it into position at system start-up by adding an appropriate command to the /boot/config/go script.
