Windows backup software that can do a partial bootable backup to unRaid?

Is there something that can do scheduled incremental backups to unRaid that is:

 

- Bootable - if my system dies, I'd like to be able to restore the backup without doing a fresh install first

- Incremental - Don't want to back up everything if only one thing's changed

- Excludable - I'll want to exclude the Steam downloaded game data - a difference of a 20GB backup vs a 500GB backup :P
