plugin/docker question

First off my apologies if this is posted in the wrong section. I am new to unraid and after a little over a week of pre clearing my drives and starting to move data to my server I would like to install plex on my server. The problem is I have installed phaze plex plugin ,but I get an error of unable to download install file so I figured i try needos docker container for plex however for some reason docker is stopped on my server and wont let me do anything.

    3. Adjust your preference.
    Chrome (Desktop)
