Dreaded "The Stub received Bad Data" problem

I can't access my TOWER from network in Windows 7. I receive "The Stub received Bad Data error" box. I can access the tower in internet explorer and go to specific files. I searched and found this problem has occurred frequently in the past to other Unraid members but I'm not sure what the fix is.

    Chrome (Android)
    1. Tap the lock icon next to the address bar.
    2. Tap Permissions → Notifications.
    3. Adjust your preference.
    Chrome (Desktop)
    1. Click the padlock icon in the address bar.
    2. Select Site settings.
    3. Find Notifications and adjust your preference.
