Plex Media Server not starting correctly

The log seems to outline the Plex server starts but it seems to be only temporary.

Maybe something to do with the error " /mnt/cache/apps/Plex/Application Support doesn't exist creating it"  the share "apps" exists and I set cache disk to "only"  as I'm using UNRAID Server Plus

Any ideas?  Only new to plex..
