[SOLVED] How to change Workgroup

I'm setting up my server for the first time and so far, so good.  Except that I can't figure out how to change the Workgroup so that I can see it on my home network.  According to some other posts this setting should be on the Settings/Identification page but the only fields I can see on this page are "Server Name" and "Comments."  No other fields.  I'm running unRAID basic 5.0.5.  Any suggestions?

    Chrome (Android)
    1. Tap the lock icon next to the address bar.
    2. Tap Permissions → Notifications.
    3. Adjust your preference.
    Chrome (Desktop)
    1. Click the padlock icon in the address bar.
    2. Select Site settings.
    3. Find Notifications and adjust your preference.
