January 6, 201511 yr Community Expert It will be possible to determine this by looking through the syslog. I would suggest posting one here to enable others to look through it for you.
January 7, 201511 yr Author Here's the syslog, it has a lot of errors showing... Could the page "http://tower/Tools/SysDevs" show the correct connection between ata and disk name? syslog.txt
