MCE needs updating. Latest is mcelog-153.

I don't see any errors in the syslog but I think mcelog-148 is not working with 6.4.0-rc9f.

  • EDIT: Nerdtools is now available as a replacement, you might want to check that first: Some tools like iperf3 and perl are now included in the base unraid release, hence them not being present i

  • Reason why it's not marked as being incompatible and it hasn't been said point blank that it's going to disappear is because the deadline for this to happen is when 6.11 stable is released.

If I download the binary of 1.0.11 it works perfectly...I have been using Borg for over a year now...wanted to use it from nerdpack so I do not need to rely on my go script any longer...

I compiled it again and added  msgpack a and pkg_resource.

quick question...

Once installed should it work right away or will I need to reboot?

It says it is installed, but borg --version yields:

-bash: /bin/borg: No such file or directory

edit:

WHen I try and run it from where it is installed:

:# borg --version
Traceback (most recent call last):
  File "./borg", line 6, in <module>
    from pkg_resources import load_entry_point
ModuleNotFoundError: No module named 'pkg_resources'

Thanks again!

Just starting out using borg and this has happened to me. Added a few more packages based on this thread but still no luck. Please let me know if I can help troubleshoot.

You should only need python3 and borg. I updated the python3 packaged. Update it and try again.

This worked, thanks!

I swear I forced updated right before I posted, crazy.

I updated python to a version that included pkg-resource right after you posted.

Awesome, I appreciate that!

How is it decided when a package gets upgraded?

lftp is 4.7.3 in Nerd Tools on my 6.3.5 unRAID server.  I've been having some stalling issues with lftp lately.

4.8.3 is the latest stable on http://lftp.yar.ru/get.html

Are the versions not compatible, has no one asked for an update, or maybe it's something really cool that I don't even know about?  Thanks for maintaining this great plugin!

Some of all the above. I don't always check for updates to packages. So sometimes it takes someone asking. Most times though, for 6.3.5 its about compatibility. Most newer versions of one package require newer versions of other packages. ncurses was a big one for awhile. Most newer packages required ncurses v6 while unRAID 6.3 had v5.9. unRAID 6.3.5 has ncurses 6 now.  For lftp, I tried installing 4.8.3 but it required libidn2, libunistring 2 and so on.. all newer packages. Those packages are in 6.4rc though and lftp 4.8.3 seems to work.

Hi there, I installed the plugin and have been trying to toggle the Off switch in the last column for a row, however the toggle doesn't work. Any ideas of what I need to do to get this working? Seems to be a javascript error as Chrome's console is throwing some errors.

Thank you!

You are on a very outdated version of unRAID.  I would suggest updating to 6.3.5 and see if you can recreate the issue.

The price i pay for stability! :D I have upgraded and all is working, thank you for this useful plugin.

Would it be possible to add mkisofs to nerdpack?

Thanks

Hi all, I'm on version 6.1.3 and when opening the plugin after installing it for the first time I just get "Please wait, retrieving plugin information" and it never loads. Any thoughts?

I added cdrtools which includes mkisofs.

When I get a chance I'll test 6.1 and 6.2 in a vm. But they are both pretty old now and a lot has changed. 6.3.5 works.

Would a command line ufraw and its dependencies; dcraw and lensfun be able to be added? Or should I just be guided to install them myself?

https://slackbuilds.org/repository/14.2/graphics/ufraw/

https://slackbuilds.org/repository/14.2/graphics/dcraw/

https://slackbuilds.org/repository/14.2/libraries/lensfun/

I want to create an unassigned devices mount script/cron user script that uses exiftool and ufraw to import and convert my DSLR/phone raw files to jpgs for backups and family use.
