CES 2015 - Intel Keynote - WOW!

Seriously impressed by some of the things Intel is doing.  I especially appreciate the ending that showcased how wearable tech is applicable to solving real world problems for the visually impaired.  Obviously I was geeking out over some of the other things too, but generally speaking, Intel really has pulled out all the stops in showcasing their dedication and focus to not just building better / faster / more power efficient processors, but useful applications for their technology.  Had to share this with you guys...

It's truly amazing how rapidly technology has evolved in the past few decades, and is continuing to evolve at an ever faster pace.    The "wearable" computers that are coming in the not-too-distant future will allow even more amazing capabilities, especially in the areas of computer-assisted senses (hearing, vision, and even speech) and even mobility (smart prosthesis technology that can give near-human capabilities to artificial limbs).
