[Feature Request] File explorer in web gui

It would be really nice to have a web gui file explorer that you can drag and drop files to move them with.  Similar to the one dropbox has if you have ever messed around with it. It would make moving files around inside unraid much nicer.

    Chrome (Android)
    1. Tap the lock icon next to the address bar.
    2. Tap Permissions → Notifications.
    3. Adjust your preference.
    Chrome (Desktop)
    1. Click the padlock icon in the address bar.
    2. Select Site settings.
    3. Find Notifications and adjust your preference.
