I found the problem. It's the * in tv_grab_wg in the xml file path. It works when doing cat as a standalone command, but fails in the script. I'll push an update soon to fix it in the tvheadend version (Linuxserver)

Thanks!!

Hi Saarg, the update is working thank you for the support!!

Thanks for the confirmation :)

I can delete the repo for you, my speciality..  ;)

It's always nice to have options  ;D

Police_brutality.svg

I don't know who this dockerPolice guy is, but I like him  ;D

I know the version of this repo is gonna die, but this thread seems to be still active. I did get the other version of oscam though.

I used to run oscam on a raspberry pi and would like my unraid server to do it. I set up oscam like I did with my rpi, I pretty much just used the same configs. I do get my card to read since I can see the entitlements. However, my problem is the users connecting to oscam - they dont. The clients use CCcam, I changed the C-Line to include the IP of my unraid machine. I forwarded the cccam port set in the oscam config (49384 in my case) to the unraid machine

What am I doing wrong? Im fairley sure its to do with the port...

Any help is appreciated !

I don't use OSCAM, so can't help, but it kind of makes more sense to post in the thread of the version you're using.  Bit confusing otherwise as the docker containers I believe are setup differently internally.

True. I'll post it there too  :)

Edit: Nevermind, Im an idiot. It was set up as bridged...gotta be a host obviously. I see my cleint now, yay !

I can answer here also. No need to use host. You didn't add the ports you use in your c-lines to the Oscam template and then it will for sure not work.

Change it back to bridge, add your ports and hit apply. Then everything should work.

I've recently started having problems with the WebGrabPlusPlus docker.  It had been working fine, but recently would not start, I believe after installing an upgrade in the past day or two.  Here is the log:

*** Running /etc/my_init.d/startup.sh...
/etc/my_init.d/startup.sh: 44: /etc/my_init.d/startup.sh: sudo: not found
*** /etc/my_init.d/startup.sh failed with status 127

Has anybody seen this or have any idea what could be happening?  I've tried deleting and reinstalling the docker image but no luck.

Thanks!

Yeah, sorry about that. I upgraded the base image and they removed the sudo binaries from that version.

I started a new build which should be finished soon.

Would it be possible to update tvheadend-unstable docker to the latest git version? I would need a fix integrated in latest version only, but I do not have enough energy to successfully migrate a container to another TVHeadend image.

It should only be a matter of copying the appdata to a new folder and make sure everything is in the root of the appdata folder and not in  .hts folder. I don't remember how it was in this one anymore and I'm away until next week, so can't check.

You also need to setup xmltv grabbing if you used that as the binary location changed.

I'm talking about migrating to the linuxserver version now.

Do ls -la in the appdata folder and I'll know how to proceed.

can someone help me with mycron file please - I've set it to every 5 mins as I want to do some testing, but it's not getting picked up when I check with

docker exec -it WebGrabPlusPlus crontab -u nobody -l

What file format should I save the mycron file in when created with notepad++?

Thanks

No ending. Just simply mycron.

Hmm, that's what I have so not sure why the guide.xml isn't updating:

My Mappings:

/data  /mnt/cache/recordings/xmltv
/config  /mnt/cache/appdata/WebGrabPlusPlus

- moved my ini files from the UK folder to the root folder

- copied the channels I wanted to WebGrab++.config.xml

Maybe every 5 mins is to often - going to try every 30.
