CasanovaFly
Hello all, I'm having some trouble installing unMENU. Or at least I think I am. I downloaded unMENU and followed the instructions here. I created the unmenu folder on my flash drive and copied the unmenu_install file to it. Then I picked up here and went through the steps. After prompting it to install unMENU, it donwloaded a whole bunch of stuff (seemingly). When I tried to start it, it paused for a second and spit me back out at a prompt, like it said it would. I tried to enable unMENU to run on reboot, and it just dumped me back to a prompt with no confirmation. After I go to the web interface for my server, though, nothing has changed. To install screen, it tells me to navigate to "Pkg manager" which I cannot find. Also, my web interface looks nothing like the picture in this post. Is there (another) super easy solution to this that I'm missing? Running beta 12 on 6.0. I haven't created any arrays, yet (trying to get screen going so I can preclear three drives at once) so I'm not stuck on 6.0 and can easily wipe everything and start fresh. Link to comment
interwebtech
are you going to http://server_name:8080 ? Link to comment
CasanovaFly
You guys are going to kick me out of the forum pretty soon. I thought TOWER and TOWER:8080 will the same. Thanks interwebtech. That did it. Link to comment

TOWER is the same as TOWER:80 80 is the default port for http so any website you go to that doesn't specify a port is actually using 80 (unless https of course) Link to comment
CasanovaFly
Good to know. I've got it all up and running now and I'm running three concurrent preclear runs. In about 120 hours I'll be able to finally build my array! Link to comment
