I just setup a new system for a friend. All management of it is via remote desktop.

Basically, any content she needs is transferred to her via FTP using Filezilla. I transfer to the Dell via FTP, then move the files to unRAID across her LAN. The plan was to download using FTP directly to unRAID. But I don't seem to be able to set the default local directory to the unRAID tower root directory. That's in Site Manager > Advanced tab. I've tried:

 

smb:\\192.168.1.2

\\192.168.1.2

 

Browse works but only to a specific share. i.e. /run/user/1000/gvfs/smb-share:server=192.168.1.2,share=tv/

 

/run/user/1000/gvfs/smb-share:server=192.168.1.2 does not work.

 

Does anyone have a way to achieve this goal?
