I've already modified the standard Dynamix monitor script to add this attribute (end to end error) to the email notifications.

 

On every drive I've checked, the threshhold of this attribute is set so that a single error is enough to send the drive into a failing now status.

    2. Tap Permissions → Notifications.
    3. Adjust your preference.
