bt sync with open vpn

Hi I am using open vpn, but when I want to use bt sync it wont work.

I have to turn off my vpn to get bt sync to work.

Is there a way to get round this? Or a differnet folder sync?

 

I have tried making a bypassed.txt file but still doesn't work.

Open vpn and bt sync is installed on my cache drive
