Hi I managed to get this working on my unread box bubbleupnp files are in bubbleupnpserver directory server starts up when I run

cd /boot/bubbleupnpserver

java -jar BubbleUPnPServerLauncher.jar

in terminal and works ok but when I shut terminal it shuts down the bubbleserver.  Is there away I can run this and have it running 24/7

You could start a "screen" session and you will be able to close the terminal. Did you preclear your hard drives when your setup your server? If so then you probably already know about screen.

Thanks for your response I did not preclear my hard drives with screen I done it via putty I think its been a while :-)  I take it I can install screen via unmenu can I run screen from terminal on my mac or should I use putty on my windows machine
