anyone got any suggestions of a card they would recommend for this ?

The idea is running vm's on dedicated nic-ports via passthrough. I really don't like the performance of my onboard realtek nic and I want dedicated ports for my software firewall.

Pci-e card is preffered of course, should also be Intel and gigabit.
