Only 1 screen showing when there should be 3

Featured Replies

I just built my first, purpose built unraid server, and I'm running the preclear on 4 drives(1 is finished already), 3 should be running.

I ran screen again(after I had logged off), and I'm able to get back in through the -r command, but when I use ctrl-A n or p, it tells me there are no other windows.  I know it's still running from the temps(32C, it's cold here right now, probably 20C in the room it's in), my main screen is showing me it's using processor and memory, and my unmenu shows that the drives are all above ambient(31,34,32) .

Anyone have any idea why, and how to be able to access the other screens?

If you only have one screen then

screen -r

will reconnect to that one but if you really have multiple screens running then

screen -r

should give you a list.

Not sure the temps mean anything because I think unRAID only spins down drives that are part of the array.

If you have unMenu installed, then it should show you the preclear progress of any drives.

OK, found myMain on unmenus, shows all 3 drives still in preclear, so it's still working(27 hours in, didn't want to have to restart it).  Still confused as to why I couldn't use screen to see that, but all good now
