Disk status unclear

Have five disks in my array. One of them shows up as red but I can access the array folders and files. Command area says everything started. I am trying to understand if I have a disk problem. Please help. Attaching pic of screenshot.

If a disk is shown as red, then that means a write to it has failed and unRAID is no longer using it and is emulating its contents from the combination of the other drives plus parity.  This means that at the moment you are running unprotected against data loss if another disk has problems.

I would suggest that you post a SMART report for the disk in question so that we can see if there are any red flags that indicate the disk is physically failing.  A syslog would also not go amiss to see what is happening at the Linux level.  Those should help with giving guidance for the best steps to get your array back to a protected state.

Thanks for the reply. I am not an advanced user. Could you let me know what I need to do to get the SMART report and syslog?
